1. What do you mean by a look or a setup?
A look or a setup is defined by a combination of the following and they remain constant for a look or a setup:
-The dress
-Hair and makeup
-Backdrop
-Lighting
-Number of persons posing in front of the camera
Any change requested at the time of the shoot or in the middle of the shoot to the above will attract charges equivalent to an additional look.

2. Is it possible to take full body shots in a lighting setup for headshots/half body/sitting poses?
The simple answer is no. Lighting setup for headshots/half body/sitting positions are very different from standing poses. Concentrated/moody lighting is used in many of the headshots/half body/sitting position setups and this kind of lighting setup does not work for standing or full body poses.
However, it is possible to take headshots/half body shots (excluding sitting positions) if the lighting has been set up for full body shots. They will however not be of the same type as you would have with a dedicated headshots/half body/sitting positions lighting setup.

14. Can I get the photographs edited the way I want?
I follow a certain editing style as seen in my pictures. This is also probably a reason why you have considered me. I generally like to get the photographs as close to the final outcome during the shoot itself- like the lighting, colours, props, makeup and hair. During the post processing, I generally take care of straitening the images, basic cleanups and colour grading if required.
If you need the pictures edited a certain way, let's talk on it. If much effort is involved, it can attract additional charges.
